All services are available either via ad-hoc hours or on a retained basis. This means you can utilise my services during spikes in demand or consistently in place of a part time employee (without the overhead costs).

Organising your email folders, and being your point of contact for incoming enquiries. Flagging important emails that you need to action, removing those that you don’t need to know about. This can be expanded to include replies to queries as appropriate.

This service protects your time and creates balance in your work and personal life. I will gatekeep, arrange, confirm and follow up as required. This will be personalised to meet your specific needs.

If writing, proofreading and amending documents is something you’d like a hand with then leave this with me, it’s a core skill set that I would love to use to benefit your business. Control of documents (Quality Management) is another area I am competent in and happy to help set up.

Whether you want to run a campaign with a personal touch or need me to call back customers to answer queries, I will ensure these contact points are professional, engaging & efficient.

Whether it is agendas, note taking, action tracking or using AI tools to assist, I will take ownership of the meeting administration. As a further step I am able to continue to track and follow up actions with the assigned owners.
